Maintenance Technician
We are looking for a professional and responsible maintenance technician to carry out maintenance and repair work in apartments managed by the company. The role includes handling residents' service requests, identifying and repairing faults, performing basic plumbing and electrical work, painting, general repairs, and routine maintenance. The work is carried out on-site, in direct contact with residents and property owners, and requires responsibility, a service-oriented approach, the ability to work independently, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Social Media Manager (Part-time)
We are looking for a social media manager to own Flamingo's presence on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn. You will own the content calendar, the community, the numbers and the results. A portfolio of pages and results you managed is required.
Performance Marketing Specialist (Part-time)
We are looking for a performance marketing specialist who turns budget into leads. You will run campaigns on Google, Meta and TikTok, optimize daily and own cost per lead. A portfolio with campaigns and measurable results is required.
Bookkeeping Manager (Part-time)
Flamingo is a technology-driven property management company operating since 2017, managing over 700 properties nationwide. We are looking for a bookkeeping manager to take full ownership of the company's day-to-day financial operations.
