This offer is available to tenants whose lease agreement is ending and who plan to vacate the apartment.

To participate, send the contact details of a potential new tenant: – Name – Phone number Details should be submitted via the company chat.

The company will screen the potential tenant and reserves the right to decline signing a lease for any reason.

The reward will be granted only if all of the following conditions are met: – A lease agreement is signed with the new tenant – The new tenant physically moves into the apartment

Participants will receive a ₪700 gift voucher (e.g., BuyMe, Shufersal, etc.).

The voucher will be delivered within 14 days of signing the lease with the new tenant.

The new tenant is required to pay ₪700 as a contract setup fee.

– The referred tenant must be a new client not already in contact with the company. – If the same candidate is referred by multiple participants, the reward goes to the first referrer. – The company reserves the right to modify or discontinue this offer at any time.
